INTERNAL/EXTERNAL DEBURRING TOOL
• Designed for automotive applications to clean up tubing cuts prior to flaring
brake, fuel, AC, and transmission lines to help ensure perfect flares
• Ideal for reaming brakes, AC, fuel, and transmission lines with internal
diameters (ID) up to 7/16"
• Suitable for removing burrs in sheet metal, cut plastic,
iron pipe, copper tubing, or aluminum tubing
• 3 cutter flutes for consistent trimming or deburring
• Can also be used for enlarging holes
• Clean up the inside diameter of any sized line from 1/8" to 1/2" and the
outside diameter of any sized line from 5/32" to 9/16"
• It can be used on all commonly used materials such as stainless steel, mild
steel, copper, aluminum, pvc, and more
• An essential step to flaring a brake or fuel line is having perfectly clean ends
• If you are going to flare your own custom length hard lines, this tool will make
the process that much easier
